       依托中国在茶活性物质领域的重大科研方向，融合浙江大学在茶学研究方面的学术积累，并结合复旦大学在低温萃取、纳米分散与微胶囊化等关键技术方向的研究基础，梅杰斯集团（全球总部位于中国浙江杭州，并在美国加州设有茶科技研发中心）通过整合中国资本与杭州茶产业资源背景，构建了以茶活性成分为核心的系统化科研与应用体系。

Building upon major research directions in China in the field of tea bioactive compounds, integrating Zhejiang University’s academic expertise in tea science, and drawing upon research foundations from Fudan University in key technologies such as low-temperature extraction, nano-dispersion, and microencapsulation, Mejors Group—headquartered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, with a tea technology R&D center in California, USA—has established a systematic scientific and application framework centered on tea bioactive compounds, leveraging both Chinese investment and Hangzhou’s rich tea industry heritage.

围绕茶多酚、茶黄素、茶褐素及茶氨酸等核心成分，构建“低温萃取 × 纳米分散 × 微胶囊化”的技术平台，实现活性成分在稳定性与生物利用率方面的持续优化。

Focusing on key compounds such as tea polyphenols, theaflavins, theabrownins, and L-theanine, the Group has developed an integrated technology platform based on low-temperature extraction, nano-dispersion, and microencapsulation, continuously enhancing both stability and bioavailability.
